Technical access data
The hosting provider may process IP address, request time, requested file, referrer, browser and operating-system information to deliver and secure the website.
Contact and appointment enquiries
Contact enquiries are processed to answer the request. For an appointment request, this can include the visitor's name, email address, optional telephone number and company, preferred date and time, meeting format and an optional message. The request is delivered to dw@bueroschoenefeld.de, and a receipt may be sent to the visitor's email address.
We use AgentMail, Inc., San Francisco, USA, to send the appointment request and receipt from the server. AgentMail processes data required for transmission, delivery and abuse prevention, particularly email addresses, message content and technical metadata. The data may be processed in the United States. See the AgentMail privacy policy for more information. No appointment-request data is sent to an external scheduling service. Data is retained only as long as needed to handle the request and comply with legal obligations.
Consent and analytics
Google Tag Manager is configured with consent defaults denied. Analytics-related storage is enabled only after the visitor selects “Accept analytics”. The choice is stored locally under bgs_cookie_consent. Use the “Cookie settings” control in the footer to change or withdraw the choice.
Google Maps and fonts
The location page embeds Google Maps and the site loads Google Fonts. These services can receive technical connection data. Visitors who prefer not to load the map can use the written address.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and may complain to a competent supervisory authority.
Retention and security
Personal data is retained only for the relevant purpose and legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
